1 Conception:
THE IDEA
We help bring your idea to life. Our seasoned Project Managers will map out a realistic schedule and accurate budget. Where there are budget constraints we use risk management and detailed analysis to chart a path forward.
2 Design:
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
Our engineers bring their knowledge of your unique industry challenges into design development. We have experienced designers and innovators in all of our service disciplines along with the appropriate illustrative software for each discipline: optical, thermal, electrical, mechanical, or avionics.
3 Development:
HOW IT WORKS
Our team provides analysis, a full range of modeling and simulation, and recommendations to adjust designs to meet project requirements. Through the implementation of best practices and flight heritage strategies, we can aid in the optimization of your design in preparation for the build stage.
4 Building:

Skilled manufacturing technologists across all our service disciplines can build your vision with the big picture in mind. Manufacturing schedules and requirements will be met while still adhering to excellence in quality.
5 Integrating:

We have years of expertise on the floor both leading and supporting integration efforts with larger mission players. We’ve achieved both subassembly and overall mission success. As GES integrators we pride ourselves in being team players who troubleshoot and overcome challenges as they arise.
6 Testing:
MAKING SURE IT WON'T BREAK IN SPACE OR GETTING THERE
We support small scale vibe and thermal testing, along with static and dynamic mechanical loading—with all the data processing and analysis it requires. We are also well connected in the community and can thus support your larger hardware or unique testing efforts on base at GSFC or even under water for neutral buoyancy testing.
7 Final Integration & Operations: FINISHING TOUCHES
The same dedicated staff that supported your primary integration efforts will travel with the hardware to support final integration activities in preparation for launch. We can support the monitoring of hardware after launch. With personnel continuity we can maintain the integrity of your design through launch and operations.
