Chief Financial Officer
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or foreign equivalent and 5 years of experience as an Auditor; Controller or related.
Experience Must Include
Costpoint, Government Contracting, Public Accounting, Management, Revenue Recognition, Financial Statement Analysis, and Internal Control Documentation & Testing. CPA license required.
Plan and execute business development strategy and efforts including new industries, clients, and product development. Develop/monitor control systems designed to preserve and grow company assets and report accurate financial results. Serve as key member of the executive management team. Provide advice on the financial implications of business activities on both strategic and operational levels. In charge of import/export state department licenses (TAA) and handles relationship with other regulatory agencies. Recommend appropriate actions to ensure optimum financial performance. Provide timely and accurate analysis of financial trends, forecasts, and budgets. Lead and inspire the accounting team tasked with corporate and financial compliance, including annual reviews, annual reports, and preparation of accurate and timely financial statements. Review yearly DCAA incurred cost submission. New project development. Monitor progress towards milestones set in each contract and defines reasonable solutions as needed if problems are identified. Plan and execute HR strategy and employee benefits, including Health, Dental, and 401k plan. Present monthly financial reports for CEO. Work with CEO on revising the future employee stock option (ESOP) plan for the company.
